On March 4, 2024 I go to this garage to assess two problems was a lack of power of my RV which 454 Chevrolet engine. The second problem was a noise coming from the front of the engine. After a brief. Not more than 10 or 20 minutes, they told me that I have problem with my electrical wires for spark plugs then for the whistling noise it was supposed to come from the water pump off my Chevrolet engine They propose me to do on the and the price was excessive. After discussion, we agree on some price and then they start to work. After the work was done on the water pump, I hit the road and go on the island and back again. That thing occurred after three days of work on my truck. When I go to the garage to discuss the matter, they let me in there waiting room for two hours and a half without coming to see me. I learned that the owner of the garage was outside and when he came, he ignore me. I have to talk to him in order to fix the problem. That occur on Thursday. They told me to come back The next day, which I did again they ignore me. They never came to help me out and it’s like they don’t want to fix the problem. In fact, their diagnosis was wrong so I paid a lot of dollars for job badly done. My engine still make noise and the problem was I think really it was a pulley and a belt. My recommendation to all of you is to avoid that place since they will not support their work. For the engine, spark plugs the thing was OK. They also do some buddy work, but I can say I will never have them work on my truck again since the work was not my expectation. So ignore us this morning, we decide to leave as I said before and never call me back to ask me why I left the premises I have all those conversation recording In brief, avoid that place since they are not able to, except that they do mistake The worst of all they charge me $15 more per hour that the irregularly charged to other customer because maybe I was Canadian and French. I saw this in their Office rate for RV was 120 and I was charged 135 per hour more. They charge me 3.5% Credit card. You can see that on the pictures I put in my comment. They give me a silly answer regarding that that they was doing a remodelling of their office, which was not true at all. No work has been done in office. The garage is open. Just to let you know, we slept in the driveway of the garage for all those three days of work, but we asked to remain there for one more night so for the next morning to fix the whistling noise, they put all the car they can to their parking lot. One of the owner of the Garage even offer me breakfast and said that he will come next morning with the breakfast, but never did . More over the owner ignore us so we have no choice, but leave the premises. At this point in time I’m thinking looking if Texas have a small claim court.

I had an issue with my RV that kept blowing fuses and causing motor to shut down and not restart. Contacted three other places before being referred to Gardner Automotive. Daniel and Mark drove out almost 40 miles and quickly diagnosed the problem of frayed wires on the coil harness. They took my vehicle back to their shop and in a matter of just a few hours they repaired and returned it running smoothly. I am completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.
