Car broke down on the highway about an hour and half from home at 11pm. They were able to have someone out there within 30 minutes and tow my car all the way home! This team is amazing and thank you to driver who took the time out of their night to help me!

I had an air leak at 2:30 am and was only 5 miles away. It took 3 hours to get to me but I understand it was 2:30 in morning so he was probably asleep so i can understand why it took so long. The guy was pretty nice and the rate was fair, and he took about 10 minutes to fix the issue. So quick, reliable, a fair.

I don’t usually write reviews, and I’m generally a pretty cynical person but what Jason and the team at Freddy's Garage did for me deserves to be recognized. On January 5, 2025, I was involved in a serious accident in Ranger, Texas. My car rolled completely over into a ditch. I was shaken, in shock, and honestly didn’t know what I was going to do next. By pure luck, Freddy’s Garage was located directly across from the accident. Jason immediately stepped in. He was calm, reassuring, and took charge when I couldn’t think straight. I was stranded, couldn’t initially reach anyone on my phone, and had a truck full of supplies with nowhere to go. Jason loaded all of my belongings, brought them into the garage, and told his staff to give me whatever I needed. Every single person there was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely made me feel welcome during one of the most stressful moments of my life. They even called about getting me a rental car—though I ended up not needing one because Jason went far beyond anything I could have expected. After finishing work, he personally drove me home to Grand Prairie, Texas—over 100 miles away—in his own vehicle. He refused any money. No expectations. Just help. For one day, these people completely changed my view of humanity. This wasn’t just good service—it was real kindness when it mattered most. If you ever need honest, compassionate, stand-up people, Freddy’s Garage is it. Jason and his staff didn’t just help me with a problem they helped me when I was at my lowest. I’ll never forget that.
