I cannot say enough good things about this wrecker company. After my son was in an accident near Desdemona, Vance treated us with genuine kindness and compassion during a really stressful time. When we went to pick up my son’s belongings from the car, Vance asked if he had been the driver and shared how relieved he was to see that my son wasn’t hurt, a moment of genuine care that meant so much to me as parent. We also realized after leaving town that we forgot to take some important photos of the vehicle, and without hesitation Vance offered to help by taking pictures and sending them to us, saving us a three-hour drive. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. If you ever find yourself needing a towing company that treats people with respect and empathy, I highly recommend them.
