Very poor customer service! Brought in a bad battery to be tested and replaced. Super Start with 3 year warranty, was less than 2 years old. Having changed/replaced batteries many times from different vehicles, I stopped at a different store to get it tested also, 11.9v. The manager at the O Reillys "checked" it and said it was within their standards, yet it wouldn't start my car. I finally just gave up and bought a battery from another store. No problems so far. Hoping no one else has to go through this situation.

So I went in today with a battery from my truck.That was dead.I needed it charged and tested.They tested the battery.Told me it was bad and that it was not under warranty that it had been replaced numerous times before. The battery was a super start, extreme the battery was over $200. Also was not 3 years old yet. Keeping in mind warranty expires after three years. This location did not uphold their warranty on the car battery. We will not be using o'reilly auto parts again.

Spoke with a lady named pixie for 3 hours, trying to teach down a part I purchased from their store less than a year ago. And the part and purchase has like vanished from the system. I tried calling customer support and they told me cause I punched it under my mechanics account, and they won't do anything for me this is bs
