We overall dislike and do not recommend A-Line. They are only 2 miles for us but we exhaust all other alternatives 1st. Why? Cause after 3 years, still today, no one seems to care working at this place. You walk in and are generally always ignored. They don't make you feel welcome and it appears could care less if you are helped. They need a ton of customer service training and could really improve how we feel walking thru the door if they simply smiled and were responsive to walk-ins. I feel their main business is providing parts for local shops, so they fell warranted to ignore walk-ins or give you a pleasant, welcoming feeling.

I recently took my 11 year old John Deere riding mower in for service. They repaired the issue with my drive train quickly and for a very reasonable price. I was very happy to have found A Line, and will definitely go back!

Consistently disappointing. I went in personally to schedule someone to pick up our riding mower for repair. Why did I go in personally? Because they don't answer the phone even after 8 attempts. Filled out paperwork, was told someone would be by next day in the morning to pick it up. No calls from anyone, and no one comes by. Finally at 12:30, I called (4 times this time) and miraculously - someone answers. "Oh, our guy is really busy today and it won't be able to come by. It doesn't matter anyway cuz we're really busy and couldn't get to it for at least a week. I guess Travis never called you." No he did not. LOUSY service every time I try to do business with them. NO MORE. I'll pay more at Outdoor Power but at least they give good service.
