Horrible customer service will never order from xl again stick to autozone or Oreilly at least they know how to do their job professionally and can honor their warranty they did not want to honor a warranty on a radiator that was purchased a month ago and now it’s leaking definitely would not recommend

I hope the management take action, as a business owner tries to open a commercial account with your location, the service is so bad, walked in there was 3 employees none of them were helpful, they gave me a negative attitude since I walked in, I’d rather give my business to autozone and pay extra money but at least I get a better service

Customer Service is horrible , I walked in and said good morning nobody spoke back . The guy was on the phone with a customer so I just stood right there until somebody acknowledged me . I then proceeded to say do I go here or here cause they were just like zombies in there and then didn’t even have the part when I had already called 20 mins before . If you didn’t want to come in call in health is important but don’t make everybody else day bad with your bad aura . I hope I don’t ever need nothing else here .
