Called to get a price on towing my car. They wouldn’t give a quote until they get my name and phone number. Then after taking the car make, model, year and color he asked me if its front wheel or rear wheel drive. Then he asked if the transmission would be in neutral. Finally he asked where the car was and what the destination was. After all these questions he put me on hold to get the price. After few minutes he came back to give a shocking price that is more than double the price that I got from a different company. He then asked me if I like to proceed and I immediately said NO. Then he asked me: what is your budget? I will work with you. I said don’t worry about it and hung up. I am writing this review so hopefully they wouldn’t do this with another customer. You should give the customer your best price from the beginning and remember you’re not the only towing company.

My wife was driving back from a shopping trip on Montana Avenue when her car stalled and they could not get it restarted. they had our youngest with her in the car seat and it was hot. I called Endless Car Towing from work while they waited with the AC running on whatever battery was left. Dispatcher was calm and asked about the situation with the child right away, which I appreciated. Driver got there in about 30 minutes, helped my wife with the car seat situation while loading the vehicle, and made sure they had a plan for where they was going before he left. He did not just drop the car and go. He made sure they was sorted. That kind of care is not something you expect and it was genuinely meaningful to me.

I am active duty at Fort Bliss and when my POV broke down on Dyer Street heading back to post on a weeknight I did not have a lot of patience for a long wait or a company that did not show up when they said they would. I have been burned before by tow companies that give you a window and then stretch it by an hour. Called Endless Car Towing, got a real ETA, driver showed up inside it. Handled the car properly, got it to the shop I requested, price was what I was told on the phone. Clean, straightforward, no nonsense. For anyone at Bliss who needs a tow in the northeast El Paso area, this is who I am telling people to call.
