I highly recommend Rapid Towing. They truly live up to their name. I was on the far west side of El Paso, they estimated about 45 minutes and they arrived in literally 30 minutes. I left AAA because their response time is trash. They only contract with Chacon towing, which is located in Horizon. Before, I've waited 2 hours for Chacon towing to arrive. If you have AAA, dump them and just go with Rapid Towing. It will probably end up saving you money rather than paying for the AAA membership. Thanks Luis, keep up the excellent customer service!

The Only guys that could get a commercial unit out to our shop same day. Called to request a tow, had the unit in my shop in 60minutes. While others tow companies didn’t even consider picking up the unit for us because it was “too hard” and “not towable” Scott and his team eagerly took on the job, at an amazing price and had it at our shop with ease. There was another tow truck driver dropping off another vehicle and watched in awe as he noticed Scotts team back up the unit with ease. Don’t struggle with shady towing companies and do yourself the favor and hire these guys. They will execute the job in a timely and efficient manner. Definitely recommend them both for regular customers but also for shops like us.

I had a terrible experience with Rapid Towing. They towed my vehicle from an area where there were absolutely no visible signs indicating that parking would result in towing. It felt completely unfair and predatory. When I called their office, the customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping or explaining the situation respectfully, they were dismissive and acted like they didn’t care at all. It honestly felt like they just wanted to take my money without any accountability.
