After I hit a deer in November, these guys showed up to help get my truck to a shop. I figured since they were local Mom and Pop, I had him tow to their location. The dealership had trouble sorting parts since the truck is brand new, and the insurance company dragged their feet because of holidays and "vacations" it took awhile to get things started. I called once a week to check progress and they we so patient and understanding. Fast forward to today 2/12/25, I finally was out of time and needed my truck. I called the shop and we came up with amount that I could pay to get my truck out, and file a claim with the insurance company to reimburse me. They told me that they needed to still detail it and stayed late to make sure I could get my truck back. This shop has gone above and beyond to help me get my truck back, and We are so appreciative that they delt with my weekly calls, parts shortages, insurance hassles and holidays. In the end, they went above and beyond to get my truck to me. The work they do is excellent, and I have nothing but good things to say about their work and customer service.
