Company is staffed by liars who can't get their story straight. The first guy I talked to told me I'd get a discount because they towed the vehicle out of the spot I pay for, and that they'd drop it for free if the apartment agreed to it. I talk to my management, they say they've never heard of this in all of their time working with tow companies. So I call back and the girl I get references the conversation I had this morning but says conveniently, she has no idea what discount he is talking about and the price is the price. She then goes to tell ME what MY complexes rules are, which she is entirely wrong about. I asked to speak to the person who handles the tow and she said no, you talk to me. So I go to pick up the vehicle, and the driver, JR decent guy, who meets me gets a guy on the phone who confirms a discount is available, and then calls back this girl from earlier and she still says no. Ultimately I ended up paying the "discounted" rate which for a 6 mile tow was 3x more than it should be. In my 30 years of being alive I've never dealt with more incompetence and any damage they've done to my vehicle will be pursued. Do not live anywhere or park anywhere that is serviced by this company. Try any other company in this area, literally ANY other one.

We had an unexpected issue in our classic truck on the way home from a car meet and had to call for a tow. The team member was kind and price was reasonable and although we ended up canceling, I recommend based on the initial experience and professionalism. If you need a tow, I reckon this is a good one to go with.

We were on our way from Temple to Bertram when my Tahoe’s transmission decided to give up on us 10 miles from Bertram. After calling 4 other tow trucks that weren’t available to bring us home in Temple, we landed on ASAP towing. They were quick to get to us, and willing to bring us home in Temple without hesitation. Leo, our driver, was very nice and personable. He was efficient with getting my car on and off of the flat bed. Leo was very kind and professional and we can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend.
