On Sunday, the 1st of March, I was traveling on 175 Hwy with my 92 year old aunt, when I encountered car problem. I entered O'Reilly in Frankston, Texas and was warmly welcomed. I provided as much Information as I could and without hesitation, Dakota, an employee with courtesy and genuine concern and professionalism got my aunt and I back on the road. We were greatly pleased and Blessed that we were lead to that store and Dakota. I will be forever grateful for his generosity. J.C.G

Connor and the other guy in there this evening were chill and helpful and recommended a product I will probs be using for years to come: Sprayway Glass Cleaner! It works so well it’s crazy! They really proved they have range.

The staff here went out of their way to help. We were coming from out of town to go to an emergency vet when our check engine light came on. They ran a scan for us, told us spark plugs were a common cause of the issue, helped select spark plugs and loaned us tools. When he saw us struggling with getting the spark plugs out, he even came out and brought a special spark plug socket. Thank you for your assistance and kindness!
