I was at this location on 01/24/2026 and went in to take a shower and when I chose the ultra credit for a shower ticket an error screen came up. So when I go to the counter to get a shower ticket the lady wants to ID me and I'm like ID. I've been through the kiosk thing not working I don't know how many times and when I go to the counter I never get asked to show my ID. So this lady whose name starts with an A and walks with a cane wants me to show her what the kiosk is doing so I go through the process and she seen what I seen and still wanted to ID me. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth because I feel degraded over this incident and I'm flat out going to say that it was a racial thing that took place at this location. I'm going to get ahold of TA to see if this showing an ID is a requirement because I've dealt with tons of TA's and I've never had to show an ID. I was going to top my tanks off at this location before I rolled out but I don't think that I will after this incident. I filled up at this location in the past but after this I just won't stop here again.

They got a decent amount of parking, a little dog area. When the bathroom stinks like last month's urine, you know it's a TA

I was there 09/30/2025 around 12:30 afternoon. My husband asked one of the ladies at the front desk if they have a dining room, and she replied "OBSVIOSLY" .....Not... is that way... yes, we do... She might have a very BAD day, But customers are the one that deserve the MOST respect. They were two ladies at the front desk, and the one with the "attitude" was the oldest one... I just hope she can leave her problems at HOME... If we ever pass that way again, we will skip that TA
