Hydroplaned off of I - 20, and chose a wrecker instead of going through AAA like usual due to thejr slow response time. Eric was super kind, quick, and even made sure my Tahoe was okay to drive, as well as letting me get on the road before he himself left. Time is money, but my experience was worth it!

Got a call from Joseph Evans with Action Towing in Marshall, Texas, on Thursday morning. He had a situation involving a tractor trailer with a cast-iron part that needed modification and welding. Joseph knew exactly what needed to be done to get the driver back on the road ASAP and had no problem clearly explaining the procedure. He was extremely knowledgeable—not only on the Diesel Mechanic side, but also on the welding side. He provided all the necessary information so we could have the correct consumables ready before the part was delivered, allowing us to make the required modifications and repairs efficiently. It was definitely a pleasure working with Joseph and Action Towing.
