My 75-year-old dad was stranded on the side of the road with his motorcycle. He ran out of gas. The dispatcher did not communicate with the tow truck driver on the situation. After he waited on the side of the road In the dark for well over 90 minutes come to find out the tow truck driver can’t even tow his motorcycle nor give him any gas. Then left my dad on the side of highway 59 in the dark when he found out I was on my way to come pick him up. No communication with the dispatcher or Tow truck driver. I would not recommend this company for the safety of any of your family members. Update: called them per the owners instructions so they can improve their service, left that message with the receptionist and never got a call back. That was a month ago.

Richard was very friendly and helpful. He called me to let me know when he'd arrive and he was right on time. I would definitely recommend Richard and C Recovery if you need a tow or roadside assistance.

Unethical and not trustworthy. Don’t call if you need a tow will tell you one price on the phone and a different price when I went to pick it up. Was 2 hrs late to pick up. Do yourself a favor and call a different company
