I got stuck in some mud after some heavy rain, I put in a work order with my insurance company road side assistance. They have connected me with Tow-ops Wreacker service to come help me. The estimate wait in houston near down town was 75-105 mins. I was getting notifications of a shorter Estimate of arrival at the 57-87 mins, then 12-42 mins. Once the time had expired, I had attempted to contact this company a few times, no answer. I called back to my insurance road side, they made a attempt to call this tow company, no response. The insurance company apologized and had connected me to someone different. I see in these reviews they have a history of screwing over people who dont do business with them directly. If you read this Tow- ops Towing..please opt out of doing business with insurance companies if this how you do business. Its obvious that its a pattern. You have multiple 5 star reviews, is it special treatment for those customers who contact you directly?
