I called them in the off chance they would do a pre-purchase inspection and work with the sales person at Houston CDJR. I was not able to make the drive to the area and hoped they could work it out. I spoke to Mike who was extremely cool and professional. We managed to get the sales person to take the care in and I am sooooo happy it all worked out. The Jeep was in pretty bad shape. Outside of looking clean and pretty, she was full of rust and leaks. Within a couple of hours, they'd sent me a report and Sal walked me through the issues over the phone. I paid online and that was it. Everything in life should be this easy.
