Bought a chainsaw from them months ago, the chainsaw got stolen so I called them to pull the receipt and serial number to report it stolen and they told me “we just can’t seem to find it in our system and I guess we forgot to document the serial number of the sale.” SO… I can’t even report a ms391 stolen because Mott’s can’t even do their job correctly. Very unprofessional. So now I’m just out almost $1,000 because they’re unorganized and unprofessional. All they could do was say “I’m sorry, best of luck to you” even thought it’s LITERALLY their job to keep track of the serial numbers and the registration on the saws… they’ll NEVER get another dime out of me. I’ll drive the extra mileage to avoid this Mott’s. As a matter of fact. They even told me they forgot to register my chainsaw at the time of sell to STIHL

As a Kountze dweller, we love Mott’s supply. Staff is always really friendly and willing to help anytime it’s needed. In my line of work I usually visit at least once a day, so these people are pretty much family friends at this point! You will almost always find what you need here.
