Texas crown towing is the worst service ever . First they don’t have any tow trucks in the Livingston area. They called me with smith towing to go do a job on a heavy haul truck and I told them the hourly rate for a heavy duty and they agreed to pay that rate . I get to the client and do the job and they refused to pay us even know they charged the customer and the customer already payed them . The customer couldn’t leave until I was paid . Texas crown towing received many chances to pay the invoice and after a hour and a half of them saying give me 10 minutes the invoice went up because I am hourly not a flat rate. Holding the customer up and holding me up .they got mad and told me they was not paying any additional fees even after they agreed to the rate . So they finally said they will reimburse the customer and I charge the customer directly. If this is how you do business you should get out of business. If you are looking for good upfront service call me directly and you won’t get all them up charges
