Flat brim hat bro was a complete jerk. He felt really powerful making me wait to know what the code was for my cel. When I asked a second time what the code was he snapped at me. Never going back here.

Had a radiator blow out on me today just south of corrigan on my way to Nacodoches from Cleveland. Luckily I was able to stop at a truck stop and jb weld the crack on my radiator. This repair got me just far enough to get to this auto parts store. I had called ahead to make sure they could have a radiator for me when I got there. They had to transfer the part from another store but it was there ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately it was not the correct one exactly. Mike was able to find one nearby at a dealer and was awesome enough to go pick it up for me. They let me change the part in the parking lot! It was hot outside and they even offered me a bottle of water! This was excellent service from all 3 people working that day. They all helped anyway they could. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience there although it was not a great day having these issues In The first place. I would highly recommend this place above all other auto parts stores. I wish we had one located in Cleveland near my house. A big thanks to Mike and the other 2 that worked with him today!

I love this parts store. They always have the lowest prices and the parts you need. Mike definitely knows a thing or two about vehicles and doesn’t ask you what engine size your vehicle has in order for you to find the right valve stems ??
