First off I am two to three months late writing this review but, I just have to leave one since the world often shines light on bad and rarely the good. I was heading to base in San Antonio when I caught a flat tire and I called a few tow truck companies and many were closed or busy. I then called Doug's Wrecker Service & that's when my day started to get better after being stranded for almost an hour. Tracy showed up grabbed the car safely he also stayed on the phone to help me navigate directions in an area that I am unfamiliar with. I am not sure the amount of miles that he drove me to get me where I needed to be but, I do know that he took me THREE different tire shops to find an awkward tire size that no one had in the area. Not only did he drive me further than I am sure he had too he called the next day and made sure I was safe!!!! He was very kind well spoken and just a great human being. Although I was stranded and took up a lot of his time after his initial service was complete he simply did not give up until I made it to safety. I can not express enough how grateful I am for you sir. I pray you continue your deeds and that the Lord watches over you! I highly recommend Doug's wrecker service. I only had to wait to 10 minutes for Tracy to come tow me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me all about the business and owner's. They are veteran owned. Owner Rena was warm and welcoming. She reassured me they would be able to fix my car with no problems whatsoever. They even offered to drop me off at the towns square to shop while I waited and pick me up! Can you imagine? What amazing service!

Tracy went above and beyond for me. I was driving back home out of state and he made me so comfortable by finding me without hitch, letting my big old dog ride with him, and recommending the nicest auto repair shop. He was so kind and really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.
