The vehicle I was driving was impounded there however it was an Avis rental car. the old man that owns the place claimed he called Avis and they told him not to give me the vehicle back. However, when I talked to Avis today, they had no record of him calling and had no clue the vehicle was impounded. ? so my guess is the guy was just trying to make as much money as possible by keeping the vehicle there. However, Avis knows where the vehicle is now and they will be retrieving it, and I will not be charged all these days that he’s had the car! Vernon Texas is a corrupt place overall

We were on our way back home to Florida and we hit a deer here in Vernon. The tow truck came quickly. We didn’t have a way around town and everything was closed over the weekend. Donna picked us up at our hotel and took us to the car so we can get some of our stuff and dropped us back. They went above and beyond to help us get back on our way. Great people! We highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! Extremely prompt service; I was about 10 miles north of Vernon and Goodrum came out within 20 minutes on a Sunday morning to pull me out of the ditch. Then my insurance was being obnoxious and the guys in the Goodrum office wrote up the paperwork I needed within a few hours. Definitely you should hire them for their excellent service!
