We’ve never had issues with this place. Have been going there for years and all of sudden they want to catch attitudes. Upcharge on a part you can get for the same price brand new if not cheaper online considering this part was a base model part. Two they wanted to charge for 2 things on ONE part as a whole. Idk what’s going on all of a sudden but that’s not a good way to do business especially for someone whose been a faithful customer for years!!!

This is crazy.. a fuel hose for an 04 dodge ram cost me fifteen dollars and then if I wanna put a guarantee on it that's another five dollars. A brand new o e m fuel hose is $18 grantedThey didn't have one in stock , so I had to get a used one so my customer can go on his trip or Thanksgiving, but this is insane buying used costs more than new.I remember when copiers owned this yard, it was reasonable.This is gouging

I wanna take a minute to describe the time it just took me to clean off all the blue "marker" off the $300.00 worth of parts I just received. My son, picked them up. He is far to kind to confront anyone. So I will ask here. What is the policy on parts being sold and the policy on how long the employees get to draw all over ever part I buy. Im genuinely curious. Its getting really old. If your policy is to mark them, ok. But is your policy to let employees draw on parts so much that an hour later, i just finished cleaning them. I wish I had known I could post photos, I would have prior to cleaning them. This is absurd. Please explain to every customer you have, that gives a darn, why, so much marker is needed. As a business owner and owner of many vehicles, this is getting old. Thanks.
