What a day it was and these guys came through. I had a blowout on my driver's front side tire while driving down I-10, I changed it with my spare and realized I didn't have it inflated to specs but it had enough to drive us 10 miles towards Iraan, TX. Didn't make it, tire was bulging and I couldn't risk damaging the rim. So we were forced to call USAA for roadside assistance. We were told it was a 2hr wait in 99deg heat but John Co actually got there in 1.5hrs, which was great, considering he was coming from Ozona, TX (2hrs away from our loc). He was quick to load the car, get us to J's service center in about 15 minutes. Excellent, courteous, & a professional. Thank you for doing a great job.
