Don’s conduct was deceptive and unprofessional. My father in law initially inquired about purchasing a motor and was explicitly told over the phone that for $1,500 he would be able to hear the motor run and have it installed in his truck. Upon arriving in person, Don unilaterally increased the price to $1,650. While the price change itself was not the primary concern, after my father in law secured financing for the motor and returned, Don refused to allow him to hear the motor operate as previously represented. This sequence of events demonstrates a lack of transparency and ethical business practices. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
