My car was in there for less then a month I came to pick up some of my stuff like my ID my sons car seat and some personal thing in my car. And left the rest bc I was gonna pay to get it out soon I’ve always had my sons thing in my trunk like extra things and his stroller the day I get my car out I noticed there was missing thing from my car his stroller for one that I just bought for him ! This place is go unprofessional that face they went into my car and took thing that wasn’t theirs MY KIDS THING I called and complained and the lady that makes the appointments was so rude no help at all I asked for the corporate number didn’t wanna give me no type of information. I want the owner or boss or corporate number now

I went to simply pick up a vehicle. I walk in and the front desk lady just sat there making a personal phone call and took about 5 minutes to even help me. Then have me absolutely 0 direction other than a general area of where the car was. I walked around everywhere then finally found the truck and then I go to leave and I had no idea where anything was it is my first time !!! The people at the gate were very rude and just laughing in my face because I didn’t understand the process and just needed a little help. The customer service is just horrible.

The night shift security guard is very helpful.
