Outstanding customer service with a Uhaul situation. The lady at counter was very pleasant and helpful. Despite a stressful situation, we all kept our composure and treated each other with kindness. It’s a rare occurrence these days and it was a great experience to interact with considerate people. Additionally, she treated the customer ahead of me with the same disposition :) Office is in the center of the property, surrounded by Uhaul equipment; large area for parking and turning around; right off the Highway 56 going east, shortly past Goodwill/Sherman middle school

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! Friend got pulled over in Gordonville, and his motorcycle got impounded. Found the bike here, at Ricks. I called to see how much it was to get it out. He pouted me $1480.00. I called then in less than 24 hrs!!! Couldn't afford to get it out, so I sold it to someone i knew. He took the title up there to get the bike, and Rick's tried lying stating there was a lien against it. Long story short, got it out the next day after that, $1700!! They lied about the lien, stated "Household bank" had a lien on it. I googled said place and it doesnt even exist!! They are crooks!!!!

Rick’s towing was outstanding to work with, our driver Shawn was very respectful and helpful with getting everything back home safely. 10/10 recommend.
