I spoke with Amanda, who told me it was too dangerous for their company to tow my truck from a driveway that was on a hill — a very small hill — even though my truck was only halfway up the driveway and the street was not iced over. I am a nurse and needed to get to my next patient. On top of that, my truck was stranded in my patient’s driveway, blocking access so no one could get in or out. Amanda told me that I was not considered “stranded” and that they would instead be assisting people stranded on the highways. After the call, I told her I planned to leave a review, and her response was simply, “Stay safe and warm.” AAA uses this company, but I would not recommend them for any reason — especially due to their lack of assistance and the rude, dismissive attitude of their employee.
