These guys are extremely unprofessional and immature. Every time I reached out to them they were unprofessional to say the least. They refuse to warranty pressure washers that where purchased from them. If they were professional they would have simply maybe said something like hey just so you know we're not going to do any more business with you so you'll have to figure out that warranty information on your own. Instead they said " open up your owners manual and figure out your warranty you're self bud" , then they hung up the phone. This is on 2 pressure washers that where over $ 3,000 a piece. now I really don't like bash local business but it's almost like they're a California based company
