This guy is a scammer. I called him to have an axle seal repaired on my truck. A guy came, a really nice guy, but he didn't know what he was doing. First, it took him 5 hours (literally) to go get the part. In total, it took him 9 hours to replace an axle seal. When he mounted the rotor, he tightened the axle end nut with a channel-up wrench. I asked him if he wasn't going to torque it, and he said no because that nut didn't need torque. Then he spent an hour and a half mounting the brake pads and didn't know how to retract the calipers. I had to show him a YouTube video of how it was done. Finally, when he finished, he charged me $1800 for replacing an axle seal, and when I went out to drive, it was leaking again after the first 100 miles. I called the company and the gentleman was very rude and impolite. He started making excuses, saying that the technician was a specialist and that the problem was something else. He threatened me by saying that he has my driver's license and knows where I live. He wanted me to return to the place where he did the work. I let him know that it was a hazardous materials truck loaded with 7,500 gallons of gasoline and that moving the truck in those conditions, besides being illegal, is a huge risk of catching fire and causing an accident. However, he simply said that I was outside his scope of work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Regardless of all the hateful comments on here about these folks, they are wrong! I got stuck on Christmas day at 11:30 am, and everyone I called had quoted me over $1,200 to come get me out due to the location and hassle of getting to me from the real road! They got to me in an extremely timely manner and were upfront and polite the entire time! These folks went through hell and high water to get me out! Nothing went right the entire time We were trying to get my truck out. Their tracks broke, the tow cables snapped, the bobcat had trouble getting my truck from being suctioned to the mud, the mud was so bad I kept sinking over and over, he got stuck and had to dig himself out and STILL DID NOT LEAVE!!! HE TORE ALL HIS EQUIPTMENT UP FOR SOMEONE HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW! When it was all said and done we finally got my truck out after 4 1/2 hours worth of hell! And the most humble thing ever was, the guys asked for was an honest review and that was it! I told him I would do anything to help him out for not ditching me out there!

Unfortunately, I don't have anything positive to say about this business. I was stranded with a flat tire on the side of I-20, pulling a horse in my trailer. She was terrified because of the extremely loud semi noise and rocking of the trailer. This company was going to charge me $575 to bring a new tire. I waited for a while and then called and was told his guy got in an accident, however, he hadn't notified me. I then called DKs and they came directly to me and took me to get the new tire, for a total of just $200. In addition to this company charging an outrageous amount of money, the man I talked to was quite rude and dismissive. I would recommend either getting a 2nd estimate or just not doing business with this company.
