Found them online Sunday that’s my daughter was having car trouble. She attends the college in the area. So I started calling them Monday at 9 AM. I arrived to Terrell Texas at 11 AM and never could get anyone to answer the phone so I ended up just having her vehicle towed back to the college station area. I called this business phone over 10 times because I saw a mix of good reviews they do not answer. ***updated!!! We are not from that area and I had her car towed back to the Bryan College station area not Austin so we can just get the work done by a company that we know. The reason for the review was just because I seen that. A lot of people have had the same issue with you guys, just clearly not answering your phone and we drove to Terrell Texas just wanting to possibly get service from you guys so you just missed out on an opportunity. It’s that simple <your business hours sometimes maybe ALL THE TIME do not match up with what you say via google>We were in Terrell Texas from 11 that morning until 7 that evening and called your business. It’s not that we couldn’t find anyone else. We just came on the strength of the good service that other people said that you had. So no, we didn’t have to get the car towed back we chose to. But s/o Chubbs towing they answered showed up in beat us back to College Station

It's nearly impossible to find a quality and trustworthy mechanic these days, but Joshua is a standout guy. Great service, reasonable prices, quality work, and just a nice guy. He's taken care of our vehicle multiple times, and my husband and I won't go anywhere else. J's Automotive is exactly what you've been missing, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
