The manufacturer of my camper allowed me to take it to them for roof repair. The camper is only 3 years old. I recently found a soft spot where they did the repair. I pulled back the membrane to find they do terrible work. And they only offered a 90 day warranty which apparently voided the manufacturer warranty. DO NOT GO TO THEM. 11/5/25 Bestway RV did respond. And on the surface appeared to care. But then after an email volley they basically said to bring it to them so they could evaluate the membrane that was used. I told them I had to do a patch on it so we could go on a trip we had paid for but I did furnish them with pictures of the pin holes I found where they had poked holes and didn't cover them with lap sealant when putting it back together. I received no further response at that point. Once I sent them them pictures of the holes in the membrane that weren't sealed, they stopped responding completely. I stand by my original statement. They seem to want to appear to be concerned but in the end they do not stand behind their work. I had to repair it the best I could without their help. I would think long and hard before considering them.

We have four campers (recently sold the fifth!) and they’ve worked on all of them! Kristie in the office is a delight and always manages to get me help quickly when I need it. Edgar can fix anything and Jose is great as well! We won’t use anyone else!
