Huge thank you to Chris Garcia Tire shop for helping my family and me when we were stranded on the road in Three Rivers, TX. D (yes, just the letter D) showed up and was awesome from start to finish. He had great energy, was super polite, and treated my family with kindness and respect the whole time. What I appreciated most was his honesty and integrity — he explained everything clearly and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation at all. On top of that, they gave us a great price on a replacement tire, which really meant a lot in a stressful moment. It’s not often you run into people like that anymore. Highly recommend. Picked me up from the side of the road, repaired my lower radiator hose, and got me back on the road same day (few hours). Best mechanic experience in a long time, and great tow service. Owner works alongside his crew very rare now a days but very appreciated. Even gave me a ride to grab a bite while they worked on my truck.

I made the mistake of doing business with these guys. I took two lawn mower tires in to get new ones and was told that the tires had to be ordered but that it would take only a couple of hours to get them in. Never heard back from the tire shop and finally called them myself only to learn it wouldn't be until the next morning. I showed up the next morning and found that they had pulled the old tires, and found my rims were covered in greece. I informed the shop that I was taking my rims and business elsewhere. Ten minutes later I received a call from the owner threatening to call the police if I didn't return to pay for new valve stems. I returned to pay for the valve stems and the bill was over $46.00. I expressed my displeasure and that I would no longer do business with Chris Garcia tire shop. The owner tells me "I really don't care". He goes on to brag about having contracts with both the city of Three Rivers and Live Oak County. I would encourage the city and county to rethink doing business with a company who treats their customers with such disrespect. Next time I will drive the 30 miles to Beeville and get Alaniz & Perez to handle my tire issues. They are highly respected and don't rip off their customers!
