Came to the wrong house and stole our car without checking VIN first. Dropped my car off the in the middle of the street with the hazards on after realizing they got the wrong house, stole and broke into the wrong car. Didn’t even knock or leave a note & won’t provide insurance info after we reviewed security footage and found out who was responsible. 0 stars and charges filed.

If I could give zero I would. This is totally uncalled for. I'm going to send videos of the inside of my car as well here in just a minute, but it was horrible. The inside was very bad, they bent an umbrella that I had, and just threw things in a bag like it was nobody's possessions. And the way that they cared for my vehicle. There is a rip in my carpet in the back floorboard of the passenger side that was not there before. If this is how you let people treat things that you go pick up then this is freaking ridiculous I'm turning them into the FTC the BBB and whoever else I can find to turn them into. Several state representatives for Texas and Federal government. And they will be hearing about all this. I don't know if they treated things like this because they thought it was going to go to auction, but it's still uncalled for, and the lady, Bridgette, who was out there while we were getting our stuff and my vehicle was very, very rude to my 17-year-old daughter. There's also a rip in my carpet that wasn't there before, like I said, it was just horrible a horrible experience. The girl “Bridgette” who took us out to get my car was very rude. She said that no matter what agreement the lienholder made with me, it would auction today. They had it so close to other cars that my daughter could barely get in to get it moved. She asked the lady to help, and she was very rude to her as well. There is no excuse for that. The way we were treated was like we were pieces of crap who hadn’t fallen on hard times. Although I paid money to get it out, and such. I did research online and have found several bad experiences with this place. The thing about me and other’s though, is I know where to go to report these kinds of things, and I am not done. There was a HUGE nail in the tire when we got the car. They would not help with that. They said, “No one drove your car”. I then stated, “Well, you had to move it to get it off of the tow truck somehow”. It did not have a nail when you all picked it up from my house. When my daughter got in, it was at 17 air pressure. They only said they would air it up. By the time we got ¼ miles down the road, it was at 0 air pressure, and we were stuck on the highway. I got it aired up with my portable pump I have in the car for emergencies, and we got to a Dollar General. We were going to try to change the tire ourselves, but the equipment needed was not in the car. I have never had to use it, so I do not know where that went as well. I had to leave my daughter at Dollar General and drive down the road in a town I was unfamiliar with and over 50-some odd miles from home to see if I could get some help. A gentleman at the tire shop came to the store and helped us change it. They did not have the right tire size at the tire shop, so they made sure the donut had enough air pressure to get us to Sherman. They also did not put the bolts for the license plates in the bag with our belongings (which were just thrown in a big black trashbag like garbage,) so I made them find some and put my license plates back on.

I was so nervous about going to get my belongings cause of the reviews. But they were very nice and pleasant and allowed me to get my things. Super nice and helpful.
