Poutous has maintained, repaired, and kept our family vehicles running for 20+ years, and they've built a relationship with us built on trust, attention to detail, quality work, and honesty. One of our family vehicles had a safety recall that required it to go to the dealer. While at the dealer I was told that both sets of brakes were about to fail, and that the tires needed to be rotated. So I took the car to Poutous, and they said the rear brakes had loads of life in them, the front brakes needed replacement, and that it didn't make sense to rotate the tires because the wear patterns were equal, and that in six months it would be time to replace all four of the original tires. When I was a teenager my father was offered a large bribe in his business, and upon hearing about it I told my father I wanted a Porsche. My father's response was he didn't take the bribe because he didn't steal money from widows and orphans, and that taking a bribe was stealing from the shareholders of the company. Poutous has built a reputation with our family over two decades long of honesty and taking care of widows and orphans. We aren't going anywhere else.
