Five stars for sure!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Ace Used Auto Parts in Tampa Bay, FL! Their prices were excellent, and they went above and beyond to help me find the exact part I needed for my van. Everyone was super nice and polite, and they even called me to let me know when the part was ready for pickup. I couldn’t have asked for better service and highly recommend them!

I called to get a quote on a transmission for my suv .. and i can’t seem to get anyone to talk to me this is the second time I’ve called and they pick up the phone and say blah blah ace junkyard …. Please hold? And I’m still correctly on HOLD … I understand it was busy .. it’s the weekend but come on I passed by this location and the parking lot had 6 cars ? So can’t be so busy no one can talk? … too me .. for a price on a transmission? I was too busy to stop or I should have to show them how I been on hold for 2 hours if I add the other time today that I was placed on hold .. and I hung up after 30 minutes cause I said it’s okey there busy but I see there’s just rude females that work there… been doing big business for the last 25 years with them but it’s just been getting worse over the years 10/10 don’t recommend this pace or there parts
