RPM in Fleming Island absolutely deserves every bit of a five-star review. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me with genuine respect, honesty, and professionalism. They didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t play games, and actually took the time to walk me through what was going on with my vehicle in a way that made sense. What really stood out was how fast and efficient they were. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair options clearly, and got the work done without cutting corners. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do — the quality shows in their work and how they treat their customers. If you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust, RPM is the place. Fair prices, solid workmanship, and a crew that genuinely cares about getting you back on the road safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. These guys are top-notch.

Always have a positive experience with this place. Checked in in a mannerly time, honest vehicle reports, and great service! I’ve been here 3-4 times for service haven’t had a problem with my vehicle or the amazing staff there. These guys are a hard working crew that deliver quality work to their customers!

Lately I’ve seen some of the less than favorable reviews for these guys and I’m shocked. I’ve been going to them for almost a decade and it’s always been a great experience. From saving upwards of 50% compared to dealership quotes, to me going there thinking I needed brakes and then telling me I didn’t and saving me money by not selling me something I didn’t need. I’ve taken to them all sorts of vehicles, Lexus, Chevy truck, GMC Yukon Denali and most recently my 2024 ram 3500 and they’ve always taken good care of me, and my families vehicles and us with good turn around times. Best one was my son’s Chevy pick up truck would not drive forward. Only reverse. I was told transmission was shot. Quoted 5-6k but long story short, with their advice, I actually took it to the dealer and they were able to get it done under a service bulletin for 1200 dollars. A 11 year old truck with 140k miles they saved me 4k by telling me to go to the dealer when they could have charged me 5k or more and swapped the transmission. I’ve always gone to RPM in Fleming and don’t see that changing.
