I went to Honest Tom's at Great Falls Plaza for an inspection and failed for "bad" windshield wipers and a nail in the tire. The wipers were working perfectly fine yesterday, and when I checked them later today, they were just slightly out of place-an easy fix that took seconds. They tried to charge $30 for new wipers. As for the tire, they said the whole thing needed to be replaced for a nail that looked brand new and wasn't even rounded. When I got home, the nail was suddenly pushed all the way in meaning they placed it there at the shop. It hadn't punctured the tire at all. No plug was even needed. 1 minute and I fixed all the damaged they caused to my car and passed the inspection same day elsewhere. Definitely didn't feel like an honest experience.

What a great place. I didn't have appointment but they knew I was desperate and fit me in. I just discovered this place because we just moved to the area. The short time I spent there was well worth it. The manager and mechanics were very kind and welcoming. I will be going back as we have 7 cars

Great service provider. I went there because my car AC was not working and they sorted it out quickly. I had already done my home work and they diagnosed exactly that. No upselling of random services, to the point pricing and they did a great job getting it done quickly. Highly recommended.
