First off, I would like to say the woman at the front/pay window was incredible. She stayed past close to allow me to pick up my vehicle and was very friendly. I understand, I parked in the wrong area and my car was towed, that’s my own fault and not what upsets me. When I picked up my car, the windshield had damage on it, it was cracked. You have one job, to tow the car and bring it to the lot. Accidents happen, but how are you breaking my windshield and not making the owner aware? Incompetence at its finest. Learn how to do your job!

First off, the woman working the booth does not have her business together, she is not BBB certified, and cannot justify her pricing besides shoving papers in your face and making you uncomfortable. I previously had a friend who got towed by this company, had her car sit in the lot for 4 days, and was charged $200. My car was in the lot overnight and I was charged $135. I asked her to justify her pricing and she told me that because my friend’s car was there for 4 days it was $30 a night, and $135 was the flat fee. However, $135 + 30(4) does not equal 200. She then began acting extremely uncomfortable when I asked for papers regarding the pricing, stuttering over her words and acting like she couldn't understand what I was saying. She as well was trying to charge people if someone else came with them to the booth? So you had to go by yourself in a sketchy junkyard. Gross location and extremely sketchy, I recommend getting legal advice before you step into her scam.

joke of a business with a joke of employees. be prepared to put money into their personal accounts to pick up your car. prices change on the fly with no explanation. the most morally corrupt business i have interacted with.
