We would like to sincerely thank Chris for the outstanding job he did during the Blizzard of 2026. Throughout the storm, he remained calm, visible, and incredibly supportive to residents. Bob and I were in the lobby with many of our neighbors who also did not have power, and Chris was consistently present, answering questions, offering reassurance, and keeping everyone informed during a very stressful time. He treated every concern with patience and kindness while still managing his responsibilities. We truly appreciate his professionalism and the genuine care he shows to our community. We feel very fortunate to have him at Rowen in Plymouth — staff members like Chris make it such a wonderful place to live.

My husband and I moved in March 1st 2025. We had been living in Boston for 4 years and were a little scared of moving further away from the city. Moving to Rowen at The Pinehills turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made for ourselves. Yes the area itself is beautiful, but the constant support and availability of the team at Rowen is what truly allowed us to feel at home. Will Crowley had given us an AMAZING tour back in December, he is a really chatty and extremely friendly person which is what first attracted us to this specific property after touring so many. Alicia Good is always so incredibly lovely with her luminous smile and infectious laugh. Christina Look is such a hard working property manager, always running around the building making sure residents feel heard and supported. Chris Anthony from maintenance has always made himself available whenever we had issues in our apartment, working tirelessly and very efficiently, while always putting on a smile! Joseph Fitzgibbon head of maintenance has done a truly incredible job at keeping the building running, always saying hello to people with a truly incredibly positive attitude.

I currently live at Rowen at The Pinehills, and I’ve had a great experience here. The community is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained, and the apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The management and maintenance teams are excellent-responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes day-to-day living easy and stress-free. The amenities are well kept, the grounds are always in great shape, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend Rowen at The Pinehills to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live.
