Our experience with our items removal was smooth and effortless. Nathan and Brian were super courteous and professional at all times. They were so positive and answered our questions completely. They loaded the truck with care and waited while I had to make some calls to my family as to whether they wanted any items before Nathan and Brian loaded the truck. Super job done and stress off of us. Thanks guys. Also, this is the third time we have used your services and we plan to use them again in the future. ?

Nathan, Brian, Nick, and Owen arrived promptly, worked astonishingly hard, and somehow managed to clear three trucks’ worth of junk away - including a monster piano - within the two hour window I originally scheduled. I’ve used 1-800-Got-Junk in three states now and never regretted it. I think the team in the Rochester area is one of the best.
