Best customer service i have ever received. Last week our transmission went out and put us on the side of the road on I-95 in a dangerous spot. He immediately came and picked us and our vehicle up, took the vehicle to a dealership to get serviced, and even took my family to the cruise terminal so we could make it to our vacation on time. Our entire vacation would’ve been ruined if it weren’t for this man. Thank you so much! God bless!

Showed up when promised and got me out of a jam. Tow dolly binder broke and vehicle rolled forward, carefully got it over the dolly and onto bed and delivered where instructed. Would definitely use in the future. Truck, equipment, and skill were top notch!

I was headed out for a trip in my RV. It was fully loaded with groceries and clothes and ready to go, and when I got inside and tried to start it, it was totally dead. The battery is only a few months old. I called Brevard Towing and spoke to Don. I told him I had a Jeep and brand new jumper cables in the Jeep, but I didn’t know how to jump a vehicle so I wanted to have somebody come out and do it for me. He told me that I need to know how to do it anyways, and that he was going to walk me through it. He told me to get the Jeep next to the RV, get the hoods opened and the jumper cables out and ready to go and then call him back and he would walk me through how to jumpstart my RV. He texted me from his personal phone so that I would have his cell number and I called him back and he walked me through it, it started right up. He spent quite a while talking to me about why a brand new battery would be dead and all the reasons and things that I could’ve left on that used up the battery to trickle down to a dead battery. He was absolutely amazing‼️ He saved me money and taught me something that I should already have known how to do?. What an honest man and I have put his number in my phone so if ever I need a tow, he is the only person I will call!
