BEWARE. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I also recommend reading other reviews as well, because I noticed other customers describing similar concerns about receiving the wrong part, being misled, or having problems after payment. I came here because my vehicle needed an 18-inch rim. Before purchasing, the owner asked me whether I needed 17, 18, or 19 inches, and I clearly told him 18 inches. We also called the tire shop where my car was located, and they confirmed my car needed an 18-inch rim. I repeated that to him. After I paid, I was given the rim. We had walked past the rim outside earlier, but I was not told it was a different size, and he did not show me or confirm the specific size before payment. I relied on what I had requested and what the business was selling me. My receipt/invoice says 18-inch wheel, but the physical rim I received was 17 inches. As soon as I looked at the rim, I came back and asked for a refund. At that point, the explanation changed. I was told that because we had talked about a spare tire earlier, I was given the 17-inch rim as a “cheaper option.” That was not what I asked for. As soon as a temporary/spare option was mentioned, I made it clear that temporary was not an option, and I kept saying my car needed 18 inches because my other rims were 18. Instead of fixing the issue or refunding me, I was told it was store credit only, even though I immediately objected after seeing the product. The owner then offered me an actual 18-inch rim only if I paid another $200, making the total $525, even though I had already paid $325 for what my receipt described as an 18-inch wheel. That is the biggest issue: the paperwork says 18-inch wheel, but the rim I was physically given was 17 inches. In my opinion, that is not a small misunderstanding. That is a serious mismatch between what was requested, what was written on the invoice, and what was provided. The interaction after I raised the issue was also very unprofessional. I felt dismissed, talked down to, and not taken seriously while simply asking for a refund for an item that did not match my receipt. One employee also laughed while I was trying to explain the issue, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. Since they would not provide a cash refund, I told them I may have to dispute the charge with my bank. After I said that, they also gave an issue about whether I could leave with the product, even though they were not refunding me. After some time, they allowed me to take the product. The next day, I decided to leave the rim with them and proceed with my dispute instead. Advice to customers: check the part yourself before paying, verify the size/part number directly, and make sure the physical item matches the invoice and what the seller claims. Do not assume a “no cash refund” or “store credit only” policy means you have no options if the item provided does not match what was requested, invoiced, and sold. I would never return here.

Very unprofessional business practices towards vendors, one of my sales people communicated to the company a brokered part (within warranty) was defective, my customer brought it back a few days after warranty expired so we can return the item to them, they refused to take the item back even knowing they where contacted within warranty. On top of that when I asked about a refund they said they do not supply refunds only store credits, which alone is absolutely a terrible business practice. unless they decide to make this right we will not be doing business with this company no more and I really hope they change their business practices because this really causes a bad look on our industry, and I want customers to know this is not how reputable salvage facilities operate so please do not loose faith in our industry if you have a bad experience with these people!

Wouldn't give my core charge back on my 2005 pt cruiser PCM which they sold us wrong part and a bad part guy has a shitty personality he is a crook he committed fraud by putting a tag on part claiming it is off a 2005 pt cruiser turbo but in reality it's off a 2004 non turbo pt cruiser I'm in talks with authority now about pressing fraud charges
