Great experience at O’Reilly’s in Foxborough, MA. Matthew provided outstanding service from start to finish. He took the time to help me identify the correct wiper blade inserts for my car and even removed my existing wiper arms to ensure we had the right fit. In the process, we discovered that the inserts are not yet available for my L461 Range Rover Sport. Rather than leaving it there, Matthew carefully reinstalled my wiper blade arms and made sure everything was secure and properly aligned. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire interaction. Excellent customer service like this makes a real difference. I truly appreciate Matthew’s help and highly recommend this location.

Stopped in quickly because I needed new wiper blades. The store manager helped and I was in and out so quickly. He put the new wipers on for me and to top it off they were buy one get one free!!
