My wife had gotten into an accident on 28 November with the Toyota B4X file a claim through my insurance company and it was recommended by Toyota service center to coaching carriage dropped off the car appraiser came originally was promised for pick up December 19 but they ended up being a week earlier on December 8 picked up the car. Looks like it never happened fully detailed on the inside and out and with tire shine to add that extra sparkle highly recommend anyone going here.

This is a SCAM! do NOT go here They held my car for 2 weeks and returned it more broken than how it arrived! My care was hit by a tree and had body damage, so I brought it to coach & carriage. They had it for 2 weeks. They took my car apart, the side bumpers and rubber membrane that insulates the doors. They broke the clips to put it back on. They quoted me for 14,000 for the repair, a ridiculous price for only minor cosmetic damage. So I asked for my car back. They returned the car with the bumper detached and the insulation not existing. After 2 weeks of holding my car they returned it worse than before. They refused to put it back togeather and told me accounting to the paper they had me sign, they are not responsible for any of it. In what world can a repair shop intentionally break your car more and not be responsible, thats the only thing I paid you to do! This is an insurance scam. They where trying to get as much money as possible from my insurance. This created a horrible service.
