Arrived an hour past the time they said they were going to be there. These were supposed to be MOTORCYCLE specialists that AAA recommends using. They are not at all. They broke a piece of the windshield off while strapping it down the first time. They had no idea where to place the straps let alone that you should turn the front wheel to make the bike more stable while it rests on its kickstand. The bike fell over once on the platform and almost fell over again. They had to come out in the middle of awful Boston traffic to fix it twice. We were just going to meet them at home but after witnessing this, we had to follow them to be sure it made it home safely. The brake line was broken when the bike was offloaded as well as the throttle plastic broke. These men were both smoking weed while they were working. They didn’t speak any English so it was difficult to communicate with them. Just overall an awful experience. I pay for premier rv/motorcycle with AAA so I expected more. Do NOT let them tow your motorcycle.

Go somewhere else! No communication, gave me a 4 hour window. After over an hour late. Called multiple times to get an estimate time and they said the driver will call us, they never called and they never showed up!

I was very impressed with HERE2THERE towing just this last Monday morning. The truck driver was very kind and had excellent texting and phone communication before arriving and afterwards, when letting me know the car safely got to the mechanic. He was nicely paced, measured in manners, and genuine in his work and care for the car when changing the tire and then when loading it up for a tow. Thank you H2T!
