JD is a true professional and a great person. I’ve been in this business for a long time, and I honestly haven’t met many people like him. There is very limited mobile road service for semi-trucks in this area, and other companies told us the truck would need to be towed, which would have taken several days to resolve. JD came out on a Sunday and handled a very unusual repair. He cut the suspension bar and welded it professionally right on the spot. This guy truly thinks outside the box, he knows exactly what he’s doing. On top of that, he gave us a great price, fully understanding that there were no other mobile services available and towing was our only alternative. I wish there were more people like JD on the road. Highly recommended.

My partner and I were driving from North Shore to the Cape one night when the battery light came on. I called around to a few businesses to see what help we could get, and so I was relieved to see that this place said it was open 24 hours! Hoping it was true, they sent someone to meet us where we were. It was late evening and they drove from an hour away to replace my car’s alternator - we were so grateful for the help during a stressful moment. JB was the one who came and changed our alternator, and he seemed focused and determined to make sure everything was done right. Thanks again!
