Vehicle was towed from Corn Hill Landing. When retrieving the vehicle, I requested documentation and photos from prior to the tow and was told, “I don’t have to show you them.” And then proceeded to say “sue me.” Interaction felt unprofessional. In addition, the parent, or adult in the business told a child, who was around 10 years old, to “start the car.” The child started the car themself, with nobody else in the vehicle. Definitely a safety issue. I recommend customers understand parking policies clearly before leaving their vehicle in this area.
