Edited after Owner Commented: You Leon did not call me about the vehicle Mike did. He did not provide pricing for fixing the waterpump or for replacing the engine he simply stated that " he did not want to do the repair, because he said that he would recommend changing the engine rather than the headgasket which he didn't want to do because of how much time it takes". Also when I picked the vehicle up from you, I told you that I was taking it to another garage that actually wants to work on it, you the owner even stated that you didn't want to work on it because it would be tied up in the shop for about 3 days and it's a pain because its a Volkswagen. I was disappointed because your a garage that I trust, I have referred multiple people to you and was hoping you would be able to help me. I guess I was asking too much. Because you did not offer a price to fix the issue nor did you try and retain the business when I said I was taking it to a garage that wanted to work on it after Mike said he didn't want too and you seemed to back that decision as well. Not at all what I expected. Took a vehicle there to be fixed. Instead I was told what could be wrong with it, one thing or the other, charged $170 and told they dont want to fix it. Brushed me off like I meant nothing except for getting my $170. Not recommended or recommending. Very disappointed.

I saw a very recent review here at 1 star from a person I have had the misfortune to do business with. First, let me say how amazing the team at Elmwood AutoCare is! Ledros and everyone there do a great job. We take all our family cars to Elmwood because we trust them and appreciate their hard work and quality of service. With regards to that person - he is the least trustworthy, most dishonest person I have dealt with in the area and I really question the veracity and purpose of his review. If you run into him in the Sterling area, I recommend avoiding him. Save your money and your sanity.

Had new tires put on and assessed exhaust system for van. They did a great job, will definitely use again. Highly recommend
