⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Susi auto body shop working on my Lexus. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the technicians who did the actual work—was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is outstanding; my car looks absolutely amazing. Honestly, I swear even the windshield looks better now than the day I bought it. A true 10/10 experience. I had a great experience with Susi Auto Body. I went in for a front bumper issue where the mounting tab had torn, and Tony was very honest and upfront about my options. Instead of pushing for an expensive bumper replacement, Tony offered a much more economical and practical solution. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and the bumper is now secure and looks normal again. Highly recommend Susi Auto Body for honest advice and quality work.
