Oscar was very straightforward and clear about the pricing, while helping me attain the best price possible. Scheduling was easy and I was comfortable while waiting for the brake/rotor change to be completed. By Far. The best experience Ever!!!!! Kristen in the front was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and knowledge on how to assist and make a customer feel special and helpful. Mr Rustan the technician was the best. His master skills as a master tech did a great job aligning my four wheels after been told yesterday at the Atascocita Pep Boys that my tired rods have so much play and are rust locked. And they also suggested a full suspension evaluation. I dont know about your experiences. But I'll drive the thirty minutes here while knowing I'll get the best service Ever !!!!!
